    1. Shipping Method and Delivery Times

    We offer standard shipping for all orders placed through our website. All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Delivery times may vary depending on your location:

    • Kathmandu Valley: 1-2 business days.
    • Outside Kathmandu Valley: 2-5 business days.

    Please note that delivery times may be subject to delays during peak seasons, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. We strive to ensure that your order arrives in a timely manner and will notify you of any significant delays.


    2. Shipping Rates

    • Standard Shipping: We offer flat-rate or free shipping depending on your order amount and location. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
    • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for all locations within Nepal. A small COD charge may apply.


    3. Payment Methods

    We offer the following payment methods for your convenience:

    • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for customers across Nepal. Pay in cash when your order is delivered to your doorstep.
    • Esewa: Pay through Esewa,  popular online payment gateway in Nepal.
    • Khalti: Pay securely using Khalti.
    • IME Pay: Pay via IME Pay, a mobile wallet solution.
    • Mobile Banking: You can also pay through mobile banking services, including but not limited to SBI Mobile Banking, Nabil Bank, Nepal Investment Bank, and other Nepali bank mobile banking platforms.

    Please note that for online payments, the transaction must be completed before the order is shipped.


    4. Order Processing

    Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. Please review the information to ensure everything is correct. You will receive another email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


    5. Delivery Confirmation

    When your order arrives, our delivery personnel will contact you at the phone number you provided. If you are not available to receive the order, our delivery partner will attempt to contact you for rescheduling. You may also request a redelivery or pick-up from a designated location if applicable.

    For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment will be collected in cash at the time of delivery.


    6. International Shipping

    At this time, we only offer shipping within Nepal. We do not ship internationally.


    7. Shipping Issues & Support

    8. Lost or Damaged Orders

    If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue. For damaged items, please provide photographic evidence of the damage along with your order number.
