- Shipping Method: We offer standard shipping across Nepal. Delivery times typically range from 1-2 business days for Kathmandu Valley and 2-5 business days for other areas.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available throughout Nepal.
- Tracking: Once your order is shipped, we will send you tracking details to monitor your delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Eligibility for Returns: Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Refund Process: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned items.
- Non-returnable Items: Items that have been opened, used, or are personalized/customized are not eligible for return.
