    Refund and Return Policy

    Thank you for shopping at Savitri Incense. We value your satisfaction and are committed to providing high-quality products. Please read our refund and return policy carefully to understand how returns and refunds are handled.


    Returns

    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items within 7 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The product must be in its original condition, unopened, and unused.

    To initiate a return:

    1. Contact our customer service team at info@savitriincense.com.np with your order number and reason for the return.
    2. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number (RMA).
    3. Return the item(s) to the address provided. Please ensure the product is well-packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.
    4. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

    Note: Certain items are non-returnable, including:

    • Opened or used incense products
    • Gift cards
    • Sale or discounted items


    Refunds

    Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

    Please note:

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
    • If your return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover both the return shipping and send a replacement at no additional cost.

    Exchanges

    We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. If you need to exchange a product, please follow the same steps as for returns. Once the return is processed, we will ship the exchanged product to you at no additional charge.


    Damaged or Defective Items

    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@savitriincense.com.np with your order details and photos of the damage. We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund based on your preference.


    Order Cancellations

    If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After that time, orders may have already been processed or shipped, and cancellations will no longer be possible.


    International Orders

    Shipping orders at international level is not available at the moment. We only ship inside the territory of Nepal.
